The Phoenix Film Festival is an annual event celebrating independent and international film, attracting filmmakers, industry professionals, and enthusiasts. To elevate the experience, a VIP tier was introduced offering early access, exclusive events, and premium engagement opportunities. The challenge for this project was developing a distinct VIP identity within the existing festival brand, a “brand within a brand”. This identity would need to increase perceived value while remaining recognizable with the core identity. The solution was a visual system that differentiated through use of color, iconography, and texture while maintaining alignment with the festival’s established brand.
